Year 1: one full month of agreed monthly rent, paid once when lease is signed. Year 2+: half a month's rent per renewal — the longer your tenant stays, the less you pay.
We deduct 8% from rent collected before your payout. Example: ₱20,000 rent → ₱1,600 fee → you receive ₱18,400. Covers all management that month.
